Sales Consultant (Sheds & Saunas)

Full time / part time / hybrid (min. 3 days onsite)

Compensation: base + uncapped commission | OTE: $80K–$120K+

We’re looking for a high-performing Sales Consultant to own the full sales cycle — from first call to close—and convert qualified inbound leads into revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full sales cycle from intro call to close
  • Run high-quality discovery calls and guide prospects through the buying journey
  • Build trust, handle objections, and close deals
  • Conduct virtual site visits and support closing process
  • Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline management
  • Collaborate with team on performance and revenue goals

Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales or closing roles
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confident, results-driven, and proactive mindset
  • Ability to manage pipeline and drive deals forward
  • Familiarity with G-Suite, Mac, and Windows preferred
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred
