Head of Talent / Recruiter

Full time / part time / contract to hire position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of People / Recruiter to join our team!

You will perform activities in human resources from recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires and maintaining a strong company culture. We want to build great products for our customers and to have fun while doing it.

Responsibilities:

• Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
• On-board and train new employees
• Implement and maintain company culture, values and policies
• Provide management with requested reports and documents
• Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
• Accurately maintain employee files

Qualifications:

• Being agile and open minded
• Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws
• Strong organizational skills
