We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role operates within a product-first construction company, where every decision is made to simplify, standardize, and continuously improve the client experience. This role requires deep construction expertise, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align on client expectations, project scope, and pricing structures
- Manage all aspects of construction project lifecycle, ensuring they are completed on time and on budget
- Coordinate with architects, in-house fabrication team, and subcontractors throughout all phases of construction
- Oversee material procurement and ensure timely delivery to job sites
- Schedule and manage all permits and inspections, ensuring documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide timely updates to clients and management regarding project status, schedules, and budgets
- Establish and nurture relationships with all stakeholders from throughout the construction lifecycle
- Establish a “Product Mindset" with a focus on delivering efficient and repeatable outcomes while advocating the continuous improvement of system and processes involving construction systems, workflows, and efficiency
- Sourcing and qualifying general contractors across California through a structured, repeatable vetting process that ensures quality, reliability, and alignment with our standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in single-family home, remodeling, and ADU construction
- BS/BA in Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture preferred
- General Contractor or Architecture license preferred
