We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align on client expectations, project scope, and pricing structures
- Manage all aspects of construction project lifecycle, ensuring they are completed on time and on budget
- Coordinate with architects, in-house fabrication team, and subcontractors throughout all phases of construction
- Oversee material procurement and ensure timely delivery to job sites
- Schedule and manage all permits and inspections, ensuring documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide timely updates to clients and management regarding project status, schedules, and budgets
- Establish and nurture relationships with all stakeholders from throughout the construction lifecycle
- Establish a “Product Mindset" with a focus on delivering efficient and repeatable outcomes while advocating the continuous improvement of system and processes involving construction systems, workflows, and efficiency
Qualifications
- Proven experience in single-family home, remodeling, and ADU construction
- Strong hands-on construction background as a general contractor with thorough knowledge of building codes, knowledge of specialty trades and construction methodologies, preferably in California and the 9 Bay Area Counties
- BS/BA in Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture with a minimum of 3 years experience
- General Contractor or Architecture license preferred
- PMP Certification preferred
